I consider that doubtful. Butter is one of the "bread & butter"
components of supply & demand study. Butter is an elastic commodity,
meaning that the price doesn't creep very fast. The reason for this is
that there is a gimendous variety of foods. If steak is costly, potatoes
are probably affordable...
