I'm sure there are vacancies in NWS office all over the country, but that doesn't mean THE weather service office that DID give out
plenty of warning: 12 hours for flood watch and 3 hours for flood warning, wasn't fully staffed.
Most everywhere I've ever worked had "job vacancies" but we were always fully staffed.
Who are you going to believe factcheck.org or Snopes?
