Yes, moron... it's THEIR "primary" scientific research entity, but not the only one. There are MANY external research entities the
EPA uses.

Like I asked your butt-buddy Lee Lee, is it "its ONLY scientific research arm?"

Why no, says moi... Einstein non Brainstorm.

Here are OTHER scientific research "arms" The EPA uses. (maybe I'll cut you a break and call them "hands" instead... LOL)

In addition to its own internal research, THE EPA ALSO ENGAGES WITH AND RELIES ON INDEPENDENT EXTERNAL SCIENCE ADVISORY
ORGANIZATIONS to provide review and advice on its SCIENTIFIC WORK and proposed regulations. These include:

Board of Scientific Counselors

Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee (CASAC)

Science Advisory Board (SAB)

Yes, THEIR "the", but that does not include EXTERNAL research entities, that CAN be considered "arms".

> Not "a".

It IS "a", because they use external research entities, also.

Board of Scientific Counselors

Well, it IS one, not THE.

Why do you faggots always use homosexual analogies in your replies?

Jes... but I'm not "trying".

Einstein von Brainstorm is succeeding.

In addition to its own internal research, the EPA also engages with and relies on independent external science advisory

While the EPA conducts its own research, IT ALSO FUNDS EXTERNAL RESEARCH through GRANTS TO UNIVERSITIES, PRIVATE COMPANIES, AND
OTHER RESEARCH INSTITUTIONS. The EXACT NUMBER OF PRIVATE RESEARCH COMPANIES that receive contracts or grants specifically for
research that directly informs EPA laws and rules IS NOT A FIXED NUMBER and can vary based on specific projects, funding cycles,
and emerging research needs. THE EPA OFTEN ISSUES REQUESTS for proposals (RFPs) for specific RESEARCH TOPICS, and various entities,
including private companies, can bid on these.

Therefore, it's NOT A MATTER OF A FIXED NUMBER OF "RESEARCH COMPANIES" THAT ALWAYS PROVIDE THE SCIENCE. The EPA's main scientific
foundation comes from its own vast internal research capabilities within ORD, SUPPLEMENTED BY EXTERNAL PEER REVIEW BODIES and, at
times, specific contracted or granted RESEARCH FROM VARIOUS EXTERNAL ENTITIES, WHICH CAN INCLUDE PRIVATE COMPANIES.

Private ALWAYS does it better AND cheaper, with MUCH less waste.

Maybe it's a good thing. An EPA Administrator thinks so.

"Under President Trump's leadership, EPA has taken a close look at our operations to ensure the agency is BETTER EQUIPPED THAN EVER
to deliver on our core mission of protecting human health and the environment while Powering the Great American Comeback," EPA
Administrator Lee Zeldin said in a statement Friday. "This reduction in force will ensure WE CAN BETTER FULFILL THAT MISSION while
being responsible stewards of your hard-earned tax dollars."

It was ANTICIPATED THAT ORD WOULD BE IMPACTED, according to earlier documents that outlined the agency's RIF plans. Back in March,
the documents indicated that somewhere between 50% to 75% of ORD employees would not be retained, the majority of them leading
scientists in their field of research.

This was announced in March, and NOW you fuckers wanna whine about it?

Tough titty, said the kitty... but the milk's still sweet.

"Trump Derangement Syndrome" Is a Real Mental Condition

All you need to know about "Trump Derangement Syndrome," or TDS.

"Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is a mental condition in which a person has been driven effectively insane due to their dislike
of Donald Trump, to the point at which they will abandon all logic and reason."

Justin Raimondo, the editorial director of Antiwar.com, wrote a piece in the Los Angeles Times in 2016 that broke TDS down into
three distinct phases or stages:

"In the first stage of the disease, victims lose all sense of proportion. The president-elect's every tweet provokes a firestorm,
as if 140 characters were all it took to change the world."

"The mid-level stages of TDS have a profound effect on the victim's vocabulary: Sufferers speak a distinctive language consisting
solely of hyperbole."

"As TDS progresses, the afflicted lose the ability to distinguish fantasy from reality."

The Point here is simple: TDS is, in the eyes of its adherents, the knee-jerk opposition from liberals to anything and everything
Trump does. If Trump announced he was donating every dollar he's ever made, TDS sufferers would suggest he was up to something
nefarious, according to the logic of TDS. There's nothing - not. one. thing. - that Trump could do or say that would be received
positively by TDSers.

The history of Trump Derangement Syndrome actually goes back to the early 2000s - a time when the idea of Trump as president was a
punch line for late-night comics and nothing more.

Wikipedia traces its roots to "Bush Derangement Syndrome" - a term first coined by the late conservative columnist Charles
Krauthammer back in 2003. The condition, as Krauthammer defined it, was "the acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal people in
reaction to the policies, the presidency - nay - the very existence of George W. Bush."
