Me thinks there ARE both, maybe even Trump, but NO ONE has been implicated in any crimes, so what are "we" rooting for?

Same reason the Biden Administration didn't force the files' unsealing and exposure.

I'm sure there ARE names in those files that will do irreparable damage to someone's career or legacy.

Personally, I don't think there's anything on Trump that will cause him harm, or he would have been suing everyone on God's green
earth trying to get the files permanently sealed and locked away.

I have a feeling though, that some people very high up can not afford these files to be scrutinized.

The Democrats "had" 4 years to release the files, pending appeals, challenges, petitions, objections, recourse or whatnot.

If you REALLY think that ONLY the FBI and ZERO Biden administration officials had access or could not read or be told what was in
those files, you're not only a pedantic pussy, which you ARE being for thinking that JUST because the files were "closed or
sealed", no one saw them, but a STUPID pedantic pussy lakehouse rich boy.

ALL governments are corrupt and do not "follow the rule of law", all the time. Yes, even Trump's. Happy?

Trump asked Friday why the Democrats, when they controlled the Senate and White House, did not release the files linked to
disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, which have dominated the headlines in recent days.

If Trump thinks that the Democrats had the knowledge of the files and could have released them, then, why would he think that, if
they were "locked up and sealed"? NO ONE could see or release them? I seriously doubt that. It seems HE thinks that's not true, and
I haven't seen anyone refute him?

The debate over Jeffrey Epstein's files is making the rounds again and many are asking why former President Joe Biden did not
release the documents while in office especially if they included Donald Trump. The truth is Biden never had the legal power to
unseal those records and NEITHER DOES THE CURRENT ADMINISTRATION.

So... why is everyone thinking Trump can release them?

From 2021 through 2025 when Biden was president the Epstein files were under strict federal court orders. Federal judges controlled
the records to protect the privacy of trafficking victims including minors. Biden could not overrule those protections and no
president can bypass federal judges to release sealed court evidence to the public.

"If there was a 'smoking gun' on Epstein, why didn't the Dems, who controlled the 'files' for four years, and had Garland and Comey
in charge, use it," Trump wrote on Truth Social.

He added, "BECAUSE THEY HAD NOTHING!!!"

Biden's Inaction: Critics, including some Republicans, argue Biden's Justice Department did not push hard enough to unseal records,
possibly due to political sensitivities or lack of priority. For instance, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi declined to explain
why Biden didn't release the files, which some interpret as avoidance. Meanwhile, Trump's administration actively moved to unseal
grand jury transcripts in New York and Florida, signaling intent even if results are pending.

Trump's DOJ Actions: Trump directed Attorney General Pam Bondi to seek the unsealing of grand jury transcripts, and the Justice
Department filed motions in July 2025 to release records from Epstein's and Maxwell's cases.

WHILE THESE EFFORTS HAVE NOT YET SUCCEEDED (e.g., a Florida judge's denial), they demonstrate a proactive approach that contrasts
with Biden's perceived inaction, reinforcing belief in Trump's ability to deliver.

Criticism of Biden's DOJ: Some Republicans, like Senator Roger Marshall, have called out the Biden administration for doing
"absolutely nothing" on the Epstein files for four years, amplifying perceptions of obstruction. This contrasts with Trump's public
push for transparency, even if his administration's initial file release in February 2025 was criticized for lacking new
information.

As of July 27, 2025, the Trump administration HAS NOT OBTAINED LEGAL PERMISSION TO UNSEAL THE JEFFREY EPSTEIN GRAND JURY
TRANSCRIPTS or other sealed court documents related to his case.

Much ado about nothing.

What can they do? Impeach?

THAT will never happen. Firstly, like you said. They have to get the files released, which is still being denied, so what ever
anyone does to get them released, Trump will fight that. Then, if they happen to get released and the fallout is as bad as I think
it is, regarding Democrats, no impeachment, and nothing probably till 2036.

All that shit will take an enormous amount of time, so you can put all your hopes back into your gay Hope Chest at the foot of your
bed.

LOL

What are you hoping for, rich boy?

Sorry... LAKEHOUSE rich, boy?

Worry about your own country, which is getting worse by the day.

"Trump Derangement Syndrome" Is a Real Mental Condition

All you need to know about "Trump Derangement Syndrome," or TDS.

"Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is a mental condition in which a person has been driven effectively insane due to their dislike
of Donald Trump, to the point at which they will abandon all logic and reason."

Justin Raimondo, the editorial director of Antiwar.com, wrote a piece in the Los Angeles Times in 2016 that broke TDS down into
three distinct phases or stages:

"In the first stage of the disease, victims lose all sense of proportion. The president-elect's every tweet provokes a firestorm,
as if 140 characters were all it took to change the world."

"The mid-level stages of TDS have a profound effect on the victim's vocabulary: Sufferers speak a distinctive language consisting
solely of hyperbole."

"As TDS progresses, the afflicted lose the ability to distinguish fantasy from reality."

The Point here is simple: TDS is, in the eyes of its adherents, the knee-jerk opposition from liberals to anything and everything
Trump does. If Trump announced he was donating every dollar he's ever made, TDS sufferers would suggest he was up to something
nefarious, according to the logic of TDS. There's nothing - not. one. thing. - that Trump could do or say that would be received
positively by TDSers.

The history of Trump Derangement Syndrome actually goes back to the early 2000s - a time when the idea of Trump as president was a
punch line for late-night comics and nothing more.

Wikipedia traces its roots to "Bush Derangement Syndrome" - a term first coined by the late conservative columnist Charles
Krauthammer back in 2003. The condition, as Krauthammer defined it, was "the acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal people in
reaction to the policies, the presidency - nay - the very existence of George W. Bush."
