Come on now.
Nobody is saying regulation is bad.
What I and others are saying is that over regulation is bad.
It stifles development.

And California is the king, by far, of over regulation.
Even Newsom unknowingly admitted it when he claimed he was going
to loosen the regulations in LA so the rebuilding could progress
faster.

How's that coming along BTW?
