Correct.
And you may not agree, but I feel the DACA people who stayed out of trouble should
also be at the top of the list.

Additionally, the immigration system, ie:courts, are a train wreck, a bad train wreck,
and need to be completely rejiggered.
Money spent on the front end modernizing the process will pay off in the long term.
