That isn't purely a function of the cost of eletrical power generation
now is it, Phil.
But you should look at this:

The levelized cost of wind power is LESS than that of coal and equal to
that of natural gas. From page 32:
'Certain renewable energy generation technologies are already
cost-competitive with conventional generation technologies'
Onshore wind power generation WITH storage for when the wind isn't
blowing is estimated at $45 per MWh...
...which is the same as natural gas...
...and much less than coal @ $69.
