Well, to be fair. The Jobycraft (mind if I borrow that term?) needs 
pretty much the same amount of space to set down as a helicopter does.

One thing that hasn't been emphasized enough is that the Jobycraft is 
much MUCH quieter than any helicopter, and so should find it much easier 
to get approval to land in more locations.
