Note that this offense started on 29 January 2017, just a week after
Trump took office and not a coincidence: it was a test from Putin to see
if Trump would be his lapdog.
Trump did something worse than doing nothing: he deliberately withheld
US weapons for Ukraine which had been congressionally authorized &
appropriated. That's how we know that Trump's 100% in Putin's pocket.
