There was no "lawfare" used against Trump.
He was investigated and charge for things he actually DID.
He really DID have a pornstar paid off to avoid bad publicity during his
campaign.
He really DID violate campaign finance law to avoid having those
payments show up.
He really DID falsify business records to make that cover-up possible.
He really DID take classified documents with him when he left office and
store them (unsafely) at his home in Mar-a-Lago.
He really DID fail to return all of them when requested by the National
Archive.
He really DID return some to the National Archive after that, but still
retain some while claiming he'd returned everything.
All of those are facts, snowflake.
