Donald Trump said on Monday that many Americans âwould like to have a
dictator,â during an improvised and extended press conference in the
Oval Office, which focused on security issues and recriminations against
his opponents.
"A lot of people say 'maybe we'd like to have a dictator'. I don't like
dictators. I'm not a dictator. I am a man of a great deal of common
sense and cleverness,â said the US President, accused of authoritarian
drift by his opponents for his immigration and security policy.
âYou are sending the army and, instead of congratulating you, they
accuse you of storming the republic,â he said, referring to his decision
to send the National Guard to the streets of Washington for law
enforcement operations.

How on Earth could anybody see all of this happen in the USA think this
is the way a democracy works? He's gaslighting people, making them feel
like all of this is all normal and that it would be great to have a
dictatorship in the USA. What a crazy world we live in. And some people
keep agreeing with him, thinking he's all that. When all of this is over
and things go back to being normal, trumpists will be publicly ashamed
to have made all of the things he did and will keep doing possible.
Shame on everyone of them and shame on you if you are a trumpist and
reading this. I don't care all the stupid shit you'll answer, thinking
you're funny and owning me. You are part of a terrible, shameful group.
"Land of the Free", my ass. Man it feels good to be Canadian instead of
american.
