It's a fact that the investigation was dropped.
It is not a fact that it was dropped for any improper reason.

That IS my theory, and you have nothing that contradicts it.

No, you'll find I was making fun of those who claim there is a "deep state".

You are welcome to present any evidence that it isn't.
She was writing to a judge in a legal proceeding and that is more than
your anonymous sources, isn't it?

Sure. Show that any manuscript was shared with the publishers before the
review conducted by Knight and her staff.

There was an investigation, and it led to no charges.

Except you have no evidence it was shared with the publishers prior to
the absolutely ordinary process of review by Ellen Knight and her team.

No. It is NOT a crime to write a manuscript and then have it reviewed by
the federal government agency whose job it is to do such reviews.
