Because if Trump's real interest was fighting crime, he'd be sending
troops in to the highest crime cities rather than the highest profile
cities.

Newsweek lists 22 cities with higher crime rates than Chicago. Their
list is topped by Birmingham, AL. NYC and DC are not on it.
