I never said they did.

And they are failing at every single one of those.
So where is the money?
In 2024 their budget was $268.4 BILLION which is 4% of the total federal spending.
The public education system in the is a disaster.
It's so bad that last year Harvard had to institute remedial programs
to teach incoming freshman basic math skills to bring
them up to college level.
