The Central Limit theorem:
Putting together a number of randomly-distributed variables,
regardless of the actual form of distribution for each
variable, yields a normal distribution.
Now, applying this not to IQ, but to measurements that purport to
measure IQ, you get a bell curve.
Why? Because IQ measurements (not IQ) have many contributing
variables. Including wealth/poverty, training/lack-thereof,
state of health, bias in the questions, etc.
Where are you at on the bell curve, bruh?
