Show us the Republican politicians who have said they wanted to, "two bullets to the head" of the GOP leader and his children.

Someone said that "fight" was the word that Trump used to incite a riot. I posted several Democrats using the word "fight"... some 
to actually go up to and FIGHT Republicans. Trump told NO ONE to riot OR fight.
