Psychopathy is generally characterized by a lack of empathy,
impulsivity, and manipulative behavior.
LOL... the ONLY one(s) he manipulates, is himself.
No one fucking cares how much you have to pump yourself up to keep you
from throwing a rope over that low-hanging floor joist above that
low-to-the-ground head of yours.

Sad.
Rudy has to tell himself that he's better than others.
Poor Rudy... the mostest dwarf with the lowest self-esteem.

Narcissists often feel the need to constantly share their achievements
and qualities (only in his mind) with others BECAUSE OF THEIR DEEP-SEATED
INSECURITIES and need for validation.
Here are some possible reasons:
INSECURITY and self-doubt: Despite their outward confidence, NARCISSISTS
OFTEN STRUGGLE WITH FEELINGS OF INADEQUACY AND SELF-DOUBT. By sharing
their accomplishments and qualities with others, they seek to reassure
themselves that they are indeed exceptional.
Need for admiration:
Narcissists crave admiration AND ATTENTION FROM OTHERS to feed their
ego.
By sharing their (made-in-their minds) achievements, they hope to elicit praise,
admiration, and envy from others.
Fear of being overlooked:
Narcissists often fear being ignored or overlooked, which can trigger feelings of
anxiety and insecurity. By constantly sharing their accomplishments,
they ensure that others are aware of their greatness and can't possibly
ignore them.
Lack of empathy:
Narcissists often struggle with empathy, which means they have difficulty
understanding and relating to others' feelings and perspectives. As a result,
they may not realize that others are not interested in hearing about their
achievements or may even find their boasts annoying.
Compensating for feelings of inadequacy:
Narcissists may use their boasts to compensate for feelings of
inadequacy or incompetence in certain areas of their lives. By
emphasizing their strengths, they distract from their weaknesses and
maintain a sense of control. Seeking to establish a sense of
superiority: By sharing their achievements and qualities, narcissists
aim to establish a sense of superiority over others. This helps them
feel more powerful, important, and in control.
It's essential to remember that narcissistic behavior is often a coping
mechanism for deeper emotional pain and insecurities. While it can be
frustrating to deal with narcissists, understanding the underlying
motivations behind their behavior can help you navigate interactions
with them more effectively.
