Then there's the whole problem of social welfare. I grew up reading
about how the Soviets "make little old ladies sweep the streets".
But in fact, that WAS THEIR JOB. Which meant that the rest of
society had to think about their welfare and what they were doing
and no just hand them a bowl of slops like gets done in societies
that guarantee *???* like here.
