Why are Democrat Mayors and Governors helpless against the superior intellect
of the average Democrat? After all... it's THEIR cities who are the most
dangerous places in America, because of CRIME!
Why don't they use their superior intellect to get jobs?

"Normal" IQ is between 85 and 115.
Borderline intellectual function is between 70 and 85.
Mild MR is between 55 and 69.
Moderate MR is between 40 and 54
Severe MR is between 25 and 39.
Profound MR is less than 25.
So, 85 is borderline retarded. Why is that number significant? Oh yeah...
IQ tests performed in the United States have consistently demonstrated a
significant degree of variation between different racial groups, with the
average score of those with African ancestry lower than that of European
ancestry.

is increasing.

through changes in environmental factors - except for child adoption and that
they conclude is not large in the long term - and in light of these failures,
such approaches are becoming less promising.
5. The USA has been in denial of these facts. A better public understanding of
the nature of intelligence and its social correlates is necessary to guide
future policy decisions.
Also stated is that the average IQ of African Americans is 85; Latinos 89;
Whites 103; Asians 106.
