Cloture means to close debate on a bill. The Senate does not even have a
bill to debate. They cannot have a bill until the House passes one. The
House has to actually meet to pass a bill. Wee Mikey will not let the
House meet because then BLOATUS will be forced the Epstein evidence.
Protecting BLOATUS is the most important and only significant function
of the House.
