According to how the Supreme Court redistricting case is decided they
could pick up 20 seats on top of the 5 Texas is giving them. White mob
rule on overdrive even if their numbers are dwindling with each passing
year.
Best plan is for the three liberal justices to delay their opinions for
as long as possible, that could help in the next mid-terms at least.
