When a KKK member does malfeasance, they are identified and
sued/prosecuted as an individual. If the plaintiff can show they acted
as part of a group, the group and its property can be added to the suit.
SPLC is good at this. Since expressing an opinion is not a tort, action
is only taken when they do something.
We observe actual real events like WTC falling down, and then find out
who did it and their associates. And then with great effort get their
addresses. When alleged conspirators say they are part of an
organisation, that can provide a useful label, but it is important for
investigators to verify relations so they are remain dealing with real
conspirators.
Evidence to date is 'antifa' is aspirational not conspiratorial.
