When speaking about President Biden:

Peter Doocy:
The president(Biden) said today that he was sent here to look out for these
working and middle class families who are strained right now, so what should
they read into him leaving now at this time of, uh, great personal financial
hardship for so many, to go to Nantucket for the week?

Jen Pissaki:
Well, first I would say, Peter, that uh I hope you're spending time with your
family. I'm spending time with my family, and I hope everybody in here is
spending time with their families. This is a time to put politics aside, uh,
spend time with your loved ones, and talk about what you're grateful for. I
will also tell you from spending some time working for THIS president and a
past president, that you are president no matter where you are. Uh, he will
conduct his work from wherever he is, on any vacation, on any time he is in
Delaware, at Camp David, or wherever he may be spending time with his loved
ones. He has secure phone capabilities. He has staff traveling with him, and I
think the American people can be assured that he will continue to press to
lower their costs and ensure they have more breathing room.

When speaking about President Trump:

Jen Pissaki:
First, I want to take a moment to talk about a bit about something important,
and that's something hopefully you're all experiencing right now... personal
time. Hopefully this holiday weekend you're able to take some of your own
personal time to reflect or be with family or friends or barbecuing or going
to the pool or whatever you may be doing. If you have kids like me, personal
time is very hard to come by. I certainly cherish it. However, there is at
least one person who is generally not afforded the privilege of personal time,
and that person is the president of the United States.

Oh yeah. It just, it doesn't get much better than seeing what these clowns
said under Biden and what they're saying now. Not a good news anchor, but a
really good hypocrite. The contrast is beautiful.

"Trump Derangement Syndrome" Is a Real Mental Condition

All you need to know about "Trump Derangement Syndrome," or TDS.

"Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is a mental condition in which a person has
been driven effectively insane due to their dislike of Donald Trump, to the
point at which they will abandon all logic and reason."

Justin Raimondo, the editorial director of Antiwar.com, wrote a piece in the
Los Angeles Times in 2016 that broke TDS down into three distinct phases or
stages:

"In the first stage of the disease, victims lose all sense of proportion. The
president-elect's every tweet provokes a firestorm, as if 140 characters were
all it took to change the world."

"The mid-level stages of TDS have a profound effect on the victim's
vocabulary: Sufferers speak a distinctive language consisting solely of
hyperbole."

"As TDS progresses, the afflicted lose the ability to distinguish fantasy from
reality."

The Point here is simple: TDS is, in the eyes of its adherents, the knee-jerk
opposition from liberals to anything and everything Trump does. If Trump
announced he was donating every dollar he's ever made, TDS sufferers would
suggest he was up to something nefarious, according to the logic of TDS.
There's nothing - not. one. thing. - that Trump could do or say that would be
received positively by TDSers.

The history of Trump Derangement Syndrome actually goes back to the early
2000s - a time when the idea of Trump as president was a punch line for late-
night comics and nothing more.

Wikipedia traces its roots to "Bush Derangement Syndrome" - a term first
coined by the late conservative columnist Charles Krauthammer back in 2003.
The condition, as Krauthammer defined it, was "the acute onset of paranoia in
otherwise normal people in reaction to the policies, the presidency - nay -
the very existence of George W. Bush."
