Well, a *tiny bit* of classified has been released, namely the gun tapes
of them committing crimes of murder on the High Seas.
But yes, from the perspective of having a legal defense at the likes of
the Hague, they've not released any evidence which would exonerate them,
such as by --you know-- actually collecting physical evidence, like what
the US Coast Guard has been doing for decades.

Because they're a nobody peon who believes that they'll magically be
better off without Rule of Law protections because they'll be on the
"winning" side.
Unfortunately, past history of such regimes show otherwise. For
example, the history book shows that some German WW-I military veterans
were stripped of service/pensions cut/fired from jobs/unhomed/murdered.
