Should have read:
"Commercial fishing vessels or pleasure boats do not typically have 4 or more high powered outboard motors attached
and certainly not found in open waters". Obviously commercial fishing vessels fish in open waters.
Point being, commercial fishing vessels do not look anything like the boats being targeted in the videos.
