It was always pointless without China. And China never complied.
Oh, they "Agreed." And then immediately turned around and broke
absolutely every agreement!
There's actual science, a genuine consensus behind the CFC ban,
and China won't even honor THAT!
Plus China needs coal.
Coal for China is economic & military security.
Ships can be easily blockaded, pipelines and even more vulnerable
but China has plenty of domestic coal reserves.
Coal == Security
So why should ANYONE else on the planet agree to shoot their own
nation, their own economy, their own people in the foot, when
China never has and never will comply with any fake "Climate"
agreement?
