But it seems to me that this was the same function of the
Waco(TX) debacle.
It's some kinda demonstration about the limits of Power,
like a "Here's some Dirt for your hands too!" is some kinda
necessity for those who declare a willingness to wield *EVIL*
for their own political purposes.
So much for the Moral Value of Nations.
