Where was you faggot's faux outrage when O B A M A was killing civilians,
both women and children?

On August 29,2010, a US drone strike targeted a vehicle in Yemen, killing 15
people, including the intended target, Anwar al-Awlaki, a US-born Yemeni
cleric and a senior leader of al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).

The strike also killed several civilians, including some who were attending a
wedding.

The incident was widely reported and sparked controversy, with many
criticizing Obama for its use of drone strikes and its handling of civilian
casualties.

The White House initially denied that a wedding was targeted, claiming that
the strike was aimed at al-Awlaki and other militants.

However, subsequent investigations and reports suggested that a wedding party
was indeed present at the site, and that many civilians were killed or
injured.

The incident highlighted the complexities and challenges of using drone
strikes in counter-terrorism efforts, particularly in regions with limited
infrastructure and oversight.

It also raised concerns about the potential for civilian casualties and the
need for greater transparency and accountability in the use of drone strikes.

In response to criticism, Obama implemented new guidelines for drone strikes,
including stricter standards for targeting and a greater emphasis on
minimizing civilian casualties.

However, the use of drone strikes remains a contentious issue, with many
arguing that they are an effective tool in the fight against terrorism, while
others raise concerns about their impact on civilians and the broader
implications for international law and human rights.

=====

They gave Al Gore and Barack Obama Nobels for doing absolutely NOTHING, except
making billions off of a movie and speaking engagements and one, a PEACE
prize,
just for being elected then proceeding to drone weddings.

Yeah... that Obama... such a peaceful man.

Kept us in a war for 8 years. Ya.. peaceful.

Democrat voters viewed him as a peace candidate because he opposed the Iraq
war
(but voted yes on EVERY war budget, while Senator).

Extended Bush's wars to Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, Libya and elsewhere while
greatly expanding the war in Afghanistan, hiking the military budget,
encouraging the growth of militarism in U.S. society by repeatedly heaping
excessive praise on the armed forces, and tightening the military encirclement
of China.

U.S. military forces were at war for all eight years of Obama's tenure, the
ONLY two-term president with that distinction.

He launched air-strikes or military raids in at least seven countries:
Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Yemen, Somalia and Pakistan.

His administration built secret drone bases and other facilities in Africa and
the Middle East, and added troops and warships in the western Pacific.

In January 2014, Obama mocked the emergence of Islamic State in Syria as a
minor threat compared with Al Qaeda. "If a JV team puts on Lakers uniforms,
that doesn't make them Kobe Bryant," he told the New Yorker.

But that summer, with the black-garbed Sunni militants threatening Baghdad,
Obama was forced to rush U.S. troops back to Iraq and order a flurry of air-
strikes to block further advances by the group.

He vastly expanded the role of elite commando units and the use of new
technology, including armed drones and cyber weapons.

He relied on Predators and other increasingly sophisticated drone aircraft -
first to conduct aerial surveillance and then to launch deadly Hellfire
missiles.

Obama dropped 26,171 bombs in 2016 alone.

On January 23, 2009, just three days into his presidency, President Obama
authorized his first kinetic military action: two drone strikes, three hours
apart, in Waziristan, Pakistan, that killed as many as twenty civilians. Two
terms and 540 strikes later, Obama left the Oval office.

The 542 drone strikes that Obama authorized killed an estimated 3,797 people,
including 324 civilians.

Hit a wedding party, killing 12 and injuring 14 others.

"I'm really good at killing people. Didn't know that was gonna be a strong
suit of mine."

"Trump Derangement Syndrome" Is a Real Mental Condition

All you need to know about "Trump Derangement Syndrome," or TDS.

"Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is a mental condition in which a person has
been driven effectively insane due to their dislike of Donald Trump, to the
point at which they will abandon all logic and reason."

Justin Raimondo, the editorial director of Antiwar.com, wrote a piece in the
Los Angeles Times in 2016 that broke TDS down into three distinct phases or
stages:

"In the first stage of the disease, victims lose all sense of proportion. The
president-elect's every tweet provokes a firestorm, as if 140 characters were
all it took to change the world."

"The mid-level stages of TDS have a profound effect on the victim's
vocabulary: Sufferers speak a distinctive language consisting solely of
hyperbole."

"As TDS progresses, the afflicted lose the ability to distinguish fantasy from
reality."

The Point here is simple: TDS is, in the eyes of its adherents, the knee-jerk
opposition from liberals to anything and everything Trump does. If Trump
announced he was donating every dollar he's ever made, TDS sufferers would
suggest he was up to something nefarious, according to the logic of TDS.
There's nothing - not. one. thing. - that Trump could do or say that would be
received positively by TDSers.

The history of Trump Derangement Syndrome actually goes back to the early
2000s - a time when the idea of Trump as president was a punch line for late-
night comics and nothing more.

Wikipedia traces its roots to "Bush Derangement Syndrome" - a term first
coined by the late conservative columnist Charles Krauthammer back in 2003.
The condition, as Krauthammer defined it, was "the acute onset of paranoia in
otherwise normal people in reaction to the policies, the presidency - nay -
the very existence of George W. Bush."
