Use the WW2 "settlement" in Austria for Ukraine:
enforced neutrality there seems to have not created
another horror-show.
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND why Finland has abandoned
it's post WW2 stance on Russia: they were in
a lucky place, economically and politically.
